Board of Directors

ERI's President is Del Craddock. Mr. Craddock is Vice President of Operations for the San Juan Division for XTO Energy, Inc., an S&P 500 company. He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Del also serves on the San Juan College Foundation Board and holds the rank of Captain in the Civil Air Patrol, where he has been involved with search and rescue crews, working on both air and ground recovery. Del is an avid outdoorsman.

ERI's Secretary/Treasurer is John Dustin. John has served as a California Governor's Appointee to a state conservation and land use agency, an International Director of Safari Club, as well as a member of the State of Colorado Sportsmen's Advisory Committee. Mr. Dustin is an internationally published author in the subjects of the outdoors and shooting. He has 40 years experience in riflesmithing, with patents both internationally and in the U.S..
